The Shortlist Circuit
Multiple professionals. Multiple perspectives. One day.
The Shortlist Circuit is an online professional-development event designed to give actors several different industry perspectives in one structured experience.
Actors move through a series of short individual sessions with participating entertainment professionals.
What might happen in a session?
Depending on the professional, you may:
- Perform a short prepared piece
- Discuss your materials
- Ask a career question
- Receive an adjustment
- Talk about professional positioning
- Receive immediate educational feedback
Different professionals may use their time differently.
That is part of the value.
Why multiple perspectives?
There is no single industry opinion.
- An agent may notice one thing.
- A manager may notice another.
- A casting director may respond differently.
- A director may see something else entirely.
The Circuit gives you the chance to hear more than one perspective.
Then keep working.
- Use what you learn.
- Improve your materials.
- Create stronger content.
- Adjust your approach.
Then continue developing inside The Actor Shortlist.
Actor Shortlist members receive early registration and preferred pricing.
